Ed has just finished cleaning what I thought impossible. In addition to an old “pet” stain, there were multiple coffee and cream spills (my fault🙄). I can’t believe how beautiful the carpet looks! Three months ago Assured came by and did my carpet. I have several animals and three kids as well. He did such a great job getting out many stains I thought impossible. Also he was very upfront about things he would not be able to fix like a spot that was accidentally bleached by a house sitter. We were very pleased, and actually are leaving this review while looking his number up to schedule him again!

My daughter had gotten me a couple used couches which were nice but VERY dirty and used looking so I e-mailed Ed and set up an appointment to have them cleaned. All I can say is...absolutely amazing!! My daughter was here while he cleaned them and she kept texting me at work how wonderful the couches looked and whatever he was using "smelled really good, mom"! I was not disappointed when I came home! He did an EXCELLENT job! Oh and the best thing my daughter told me? "He even cleaned up after himself". I am very happy with his work and yes! Ed came and cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms in our house. His rates were very reasonable and he did a great job. We are thrilled with how clean everything is now. He was very thourough and we will definately be using him again.

Superb cleaning, reasonable rates and friendly service. I can't say enough about our experience. Prompt and on schedule, Ed cleaned our 5 rooms, stairs, love seats, sofa and dining chairs. Having two kids, our carpet and dining chairs were very soiled, and I didn't expect everything to come out as well as it did.
